Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nexus Vapes, we strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as clear and efficient as possible. Whether you’re returning a faulty product or simply changed your mind, this policy outlines everything you need to know.

  • Goods (hardwares, vape kits, mods, refill pods and accessorises) being returned as unwanted must be returned in a unopened and as new condition in the original packaging. Defective items can be returned without the original box. If you are able then we do prefer it to come back in the box as its helps us process the returns easier.
  • At Nexus Vapes we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us and we will discuss further your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.
  • All products excluding e-liquids and disposables, and prefilled pods can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase providing the item is still in an “As New” and “Unused” condition. Atomizers and coils have a dead on arrival warranty.
  • All External 18350, 18650, 20700, 21700 batteries have a 30 day warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cig batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 30 days email us and we will send out a replacement. 
  • Any advanced Kit with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body / mod only (Excluding charging port) The warranty does not cover chargers, coils, or spare parts / accessories included within the box. the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Can vary depending on your situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All time frames are from the original purchase date.

  • Built In Battery Box Mods – 6 Months
  • External Battery Box Mods – 6 Months
  • AIO systems (built in / external battery – 6 Months
  • Pod Systems (built in / external battery – 6 Months
  • Tanks – Dead on Arrival Only
  • External Batteries – 30 Days
  • Coils / Atomizers – Dead On Arrival Only
  • Disposable Devices – Dead On Arrival Only 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nexusvapes.co.uk and send your item to the address of the mailing store (Written on the parcel).


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address of the mailing store (Written on the parcel).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All goods must be returned in the original packaging when posable with a copy of the following information included. 
– Order number
– Name
– Address
– Reason for return (faulty, change of mind, etc.)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
